What does an ideal relationship between a project sponsor and project guarantor look like? Where does healthy proactivity end and micromanagement begin? And what can you do when a sponsor disappears from action — or, on the contrary, gets involved a little too much?
At Thursday’s Project Underground Brno meetup, we explored one of the most practical (and often most sensitive) areas of project work. The discussion was straightforward, experience-based, and anything but theoretical.
